PositionProduct Marketing Manager
LocationRemote (Ideally Minneapolis, MN area for a few in person meetings)
Position OverviewWe seek a strategic and results-driven Product Marketing Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing go-to-market strategies for our digital signage solutions, creating compelling messaging, enabling our sales team, and driving product adoption. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in B2B SaaS product marketing with experience in crafting customer-focused messaging, analyzing market trends, and collaborating cross-functionally to drive business growth.
Key ResponsibilitiesProduct Positioning and Messaging- Develop clear, compelling product positioning and messaging that differentiates our solutions in the marketplace
- Create and maintain product messaging frameworks that resonate with our target audience and align with our company's brand voice
- Collaborate with product management to understand product capabilities and translate technical features into customer benefits
Go-to-Market Strategy- Lead GTM planning and execution for new feature launches and product enhancements
- Identify and define ideal customer profiles (ICPs) through data analysis and customer interviews
- Work cross-functionally with product, sales, and marketing teams to ensure successful product launches
Content Development and Management- Own the creation of marketing content and sales enablement materials, including case studies, white papers, presentations, and product one-pagers
- Write compelling copy for website, blog posts, email campaigns, and newsletters that drive engagement
- Develop and maintain product documentation to support customer education
Sales Enablement- Create and deliver sales training materials and programs that equip the sales team to effectively communicate product value
- Develop battlecards, competitive analysis, and objection handling guides to support the sales process
- Collaborate with sales leadership to identify opportunities for improving conversion rates
Market Intelligence- Monitor industry trends, customer feedback, and competitive landscape
- Conduct regular market research to identify opportunities for product improvement and innovation
- Provide actionable insights to product and executive teams based on market analysis
Performance Measurement- Track and report on product marketing KPIs and campaign performance
- Deliver full-lifecycle marketing analytics to leadership
- Measure and optimize adoption rates for product features and integrations
Skills and QualificationsRequired- 3+ years of product marketing experience in B2B SaaS environments
- Proven track record of developing successful go-to-market strategies that drive product adoption
- Strong experience in creating compelling messaging and positioning for technical products
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into benefits
- Data-driven approach to decision making with experience in analyzing marketing metrics
- Ability to work cross-functionally and influence without direct authority
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Journalism, or related field
Preferred- Experience in digital signage or related SaaS industries
- Demonstrated success in increasing feature adoption rates
- Background in content marketing with proven results in growing organic traffic and leads
- Experience with SEO best practices and keyword strategy
- Experience with executing co-marketing initiatives, webinars, and event marketing
- HubSpot certifications or experience with marketing automation platforms
- Experience with sales enablement and customer success collaboration
