Qualifications

• 2-4 years' experience in medical device product marketing or related roles.
• Experience in vascular, neurovascular, interventional radiology or catheter-based tech.
• Understanding of medical device commercialization and launches.
• Strong communication, presentation and analytical skills; entrepreneurial mindset.

Established Search is supporting the growth of an early-stage, vascular device company seeking a Product Marketing Manager to support its commercial development and product launch activities.

This is a hands-on opportunity to work closely with senior leadership, clinical teams and physicians, helping shape product positioning, go-to-market strategies and commercial readiness.

Key Responsibilities

• Support product marketing, go-to-market strategy and launch preparation.
• Develop product positioning, sales tools, presentations and physician education materials.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis and customer segmentation.
• Engage with physicians and key opinion leaders to gather market insights.
• Collaborate with engineering, clinical and regulatory teams to support product development and commercialisation.

Candidate Requirements

• 2-4 years' experience within the medical device industry, ideally in product marketing, product management or commercial roles.
• Experience in vascular, neurovascular, interventional radiology or catheter-based technologies is required
• Understanding of medical device commercialisation, product launches or market development.
• Strong communication, presentation and analytical skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and comfortable working within a growing business.
• Willingness to work on-site in South Florida, with some travel.
