Job summary

Biamp is seeking a strategic, customer-focused Product Marketing Manager to shape messaging, enable sales, and drive demand across our portfolio. The role requires translating complex technologies into clear value propositions and collaborating across product, sales and marketing to launch and grow offerings.

The ideal candidate will have strong storytelling skills, go-to-market expertise, and a track record of cross-functional leadership in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in B2B product marketing in hardware/software tech (AV, sound masking or voice)
• Strong go-to-market, positioning, and messaging capabilities
• Experience driving demand and lead generation programs
• Excellent written and oral communication and storytelling skills
• Strong prioritization and ability to manage multiple initiatives

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute product marketing strategies to support growth, adoption and revenue goals
• Create differentiated messaging and positioning for Biamp solutions across audiences
• Partner with product management, sales, and marketing to bring new products to market
• Lead go-to-market planning for launches, campaigns and portfolio initiatives
• Drive demand and lead generation with cross-functional teams
• Build sales enablement materials: presentations, battlecards, briefs and FAQs
• Conduct market, customer and competitive research to inform strategy
• Manage multiple initiatives with smart tradeoffs and timelines
• Support thought leadership content, customer stories, webinars and marketing assets
• Measure marketing effectiveness and launch success to refine future efforts

The Product Marketing Manager will play a critical role in shapingmessaging, supporting product launches, enabling sales, and driving demand andleadgenerationefforts. The ideal candidate is highly organized, deeply collaborative, and an exceptional storyteller whoexcels at translating complex technologies into clear,compelling valuepropositions.

Howyou’llcontribute:

• Develop and execute product marketing strategies that support business growth, marketadoption, and revenue goals
• Create clear, differentiated messaging and positioning for Biamp solutions across targetaudiences and vertical markets
• Partner closely with product management, sales, and marketing teams to bring new productsand features to market successfully
• Lead and support go-to-market planning for product launches, campaigns, and portfolioinitiatives
• Drive demand generation and lead generation efforts in collaboration with marketing, sales,productmanagementand field teams
• Build sales enablement materials including presentations, battlecards, solution briefs, FAQs, andother training content
• Conduct market, customer, and competitive research to inform positioning, messaging, andcampaign strategy
• Manage multiple initiatives effectively and make smart tradeoff decisions based on businesspriorities and timelines
• Support thought leadership content, customer stories, webinars, and other storytelling-drivenmarketing assets
• Measure and report on marketing effectiveness, campaign performance, and launch success,using insights to refine future efforts

A successful candidate should have:

• 5+ years of product marketing experience in B2B hardware and software technology in the AVindustry, sound masking, or voice communications
• Strong experience in go-to-market strategy, product positioning, and messaging development
• Demonstrated success supporting or driving demand generation and lead generation programs
• Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills, with proven strength as astoryteller
• Strong prioritization and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiativesin a fast-paced environment
• Experience working cross-functionally with product management, sales, and broader marketingteams
• Experience using AI tools in product marketing workflows to accelerate research, contentcreation, and reporting
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Bachelor’sin business or marketing or equivalent experience

Work Environment:

• Office environment,may sit forlong periodsof time
• Routine use of standard office equipment
• Travel up to 25%; both internationally and within the US
