Job description

  • Candidates must have 5-10 years of relevant experience.
  • Product marketing experience is essential, including generating content, editing videos, and creating scripts that resonate with customers.
  • AI / ML experience is required.
  • Fintech experience is highly desirable.

Product Launch Management :

  1. Collaborate with product and engineering teams to understand product features, use cases, and technical requirements.
  2. Execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies for new features and releases of our internal Generative AI and LLM platform tools & technologies.
  3. Coordinate cross-functional launch activities, including training, documentation, and communication plans.
  4. Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure launch success and user adoption.
  5. Conduct post-launch analysis to identify areas for improvement and optimize future launches.

Marketing Material Development :

  1. Create compelling marketing materials, including presentations, demos, videos, user guides, and internal blog posts, tailored to different internal user/business segments.
  2. Translate complex technical concepts related to Generative AI / LLMs into clear and concise messaging for non-technical audiences.
  3. Develop and maintain a central repository of marketing collateral for consistent messaging and accessibility.
  4. Collaborate with internal design and communications teams to ensure high-quality, visually appealing materials.

User Engagement and Feedback :

  1. Develop and manage internal communication channels to inform users about product updates and best practices.
  2. Organize and facilitate internal workshops and training sessions to promote user adoption and knowledge sharing.
