JOB TITLE: Marketing Manager I - Paid Media
LOCATION: 100% Remote, Hybrid option in NY or Seattle
DURATION: 6 months
PAY RANGE: $26-36/hour
TOP 3 SKILLS:

  • 2 years Paid Media (self-service) experience
  • Asana or similar PM software (basecamp) is a plus
  • Bachelors degree is a plus but must have 1-2 years of experience

Job Description:
We are looking for a contractor to support the Creator team's paid media marketing efforts. This role is a versatile marketer who has experience with paid digital advertising who can communicate and collaborate effectively with social media creators and manage organizational details to ensure campaigns are run flawlessly.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist with paid campaign management (including but not limited to: reporting/pacing, trafficking ads, building media plans, optimizing ads, appending tags)
  • Source and organize ad creative
  • Liaise with creators in our program to ensure their content is delivered on time and meets creative bar
  • Ad-hoc support across the team which may include but not limited to: administrative tasks such as meeting scheduling, organization, ad-hoc support across our marketing tools
  • Engagement Marketing: building emails (using two internal platforms), on-site merchandising (using internal tools), pulling reporting, managing workflow requests via project management platform Asana (streamlining partner team requests, maintaining team calendar, and driving organization)
  • Paid Acquisition/Paid Media: assist with data pulls and reporting, running self-service ads, building media plans, optimizing ads
  • 50/50 split with managing workflows, email and engagement marketing and paid media

Minimum Requirements:

  • Education: A Bachelor's degree is a plus but must have 1-2 years of experience.
  • Years of experience: 1-2 years of experience in paid media and marketing (not looking for senior level, could be bored)
  • Software: self-service ads managers (meta, google ads), MS Office (Excel, Vlookups and pivot tables, clean and sort data). SQL experience is a plus.
  • Paid Media (self-service) - 1-2 years experience minimum.
  • Can be marketing generalist but would prefer self-service paid media experience.
