Our banking client is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing Manager to join their team on a remote basis. The ideal candidate will possess strong written and verbal communication skills, exceptional project management abilities, and a proven track record in executing successful events. This role involves coordinating with vendors, obtaining contracts, and collaborating with trade show producers to ensure seamless event execution.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to support company objectives.
• Plan, organize, and execute events, including trade shows and company conferences.
• Coordinate with vendors to secure necessary contracts and services.
• Manage relationships with trade show producers to ensure successful event participation.
• Oversee project timelines and deliverables to ensure all marketing initiatives are completed on time and within budget.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners to align marketing efforts with business goals.

Experience Requirements:

• Proven experience in marketing management, with a focus on event planning and execution.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience in vendor management and contract negotiation.

Education Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree preferred
