Job summary

Lovable is seeking a senior product marketing professional to lead messaging for the self-serve journey. You will own how we talk to users at every stage, from onboarding emails to upgrade prompts, and partner with the Growth PM and Lifecycle teams to bring a strong, on-brand voice to content across email, in-app surfaces, and push notifications.

You will craft messaging tailored to segments like solo founders and small teams, develop guidance for lifecycle campaigns, and help drive activation,

Qualifications

• 6+ years of product marketing, lifecycle marketing, or content/messaging roles.
• Experience at a high tech company.
• Direct experience writing messaging and positioning for PLG or self-serve products.
• Track record of writing customer-facing content with measurable outcomes.
• Experience partnering with product, growth, or lifecycle teams to bring messaging into workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own messaging and positioning strategy for the self-serve journey, from signup through activation and expansion.
• Partner with the Growth PM to translate roadmaps into strong, on-brand messaging, bringing your framing/positioning POV.
• Collaborate with Lifecycle on content for email, in-app surfaces, and push notifications reflecting positioning and voice.
• Develop messaging guidance for different self-serve segments informing lifecycle content and growth campaigns.
• Write and refine copy for onboarding, activation nudges, upgrade prompts, and in-app messaging.
• Review and sharpen messaging from experiments, explaining why from a messaging/positioning lens.
• Build a shared messaging toolkit (voice, tone, positioning by segment, proof points) for Lifecycle and Growth.
• Represent messaging in growth planning as a thought partner to the Growth PM.
