Cync Software seeks a Product Marketing Specialist to sharpen how we position and sell our commercial lending SaaS suite. This is a focused, high-impact role that translates deep product capability into messaging that wins, working with product leadership, sales, and executives in a fast-moving fintech environment.

You will drive content and campaigns—from RFP responses to webinars and industry events—ensuring consistent, aggressive market narratives that accelerate growth at our Herndon, VA

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Journalism, Digital Media, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of product marketing, B2B marketing, or content marketing — ideally SaaS or enterprise software.
• Excellent writing, storytelling, and presentation skills; ability to turn complex concepts into buyer-focused content.
• Demonstrated ability to build positioning and messaging for a technology product, not just execute campaigns.
• Strong project management skills and ability to work cross-functionally with product, sales, and executive leadership.
• Genuine drive to make an impact at a growing fintech company.

Responsibilities

• Own and sharpen product positioning and competitive messaging across the Cync Suite.
• Build the GTM toolkit: pitch decks, briefs, one-pagers, battlecards, ROI messaging, and RFP content.
• Lead competitive intelligence to empower sales with sharp positioning.
• Collaborate with product management to translate features into market-ready narratives.
• Develop customer success stories and reference content with bank and credit union customers.
• Plan webinars and demand-gen campaigns to build pipeline.
