Job summary

Citi is seeking a Marketing Product Manager – Digital Growth & AI Innovation to lead strategy, roadmap, and delivery of digital growth capabilities including AI-powered and traditional solutions. You will partner across Marketing, Product, Technology, Analytics, Data Science, Risk and Operations to drive scalable innovation with measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in digital product management or marketing technology.
• Experience leading AI, machine learning, or Generative AI product initiatives.
• Deep consumer banking product knowledge and ability to inform strategic investments.
• Strong analytical, technical, financial, and business acumen with stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

• Drive digital growth products and strategies to deliver the Digital Sales and Acquisitions scorecards.
• Collaborate with business partners to identify growth opportunities via digital innovation or new capabilities.
• Partner with Data Science, Engineering, Risk, Compliance, Legal and Marketing to design, test, and scale AI-enabled products and experiences.
• Lead strategy and delivery of AI-powered marketing, acquisition, personalization, and customer engagement capabilities.
• Define requirements, success metrics, governance, and measurement for AI/LMM capabilities.
• Drive experimentation and optimization through A/B testing and model monitoring.
• Shape Citi's AI and Generative AI product strategy for scalable, compliant solutions.
