Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering required.
• 7+ years in technical, product/marketing or related roles.
• HVAC and data center experience preferred.
• Strong business acumen.
• Ability to build cross-functional relationships quickly.
• Translate customer needs into solutions.
• Demonstrated problem solving, data analysis and PM skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute product lifecycle plans across stages from introduction to end of production.
• Research market trends, demand drivers, customer needs and competitive landscape.
• Capture voice of the customer and build business cases for global products.
• Address actions to reduce finished goods inventory and support supply chain issues.
• Collaborate with Operations and Planning to ensure lead time and inventory optimization.
• Set list pricing and multipliers and manage product profitability.
• Ensure customer-facing documentation and marketing collateral are region-specific.
• Prepare presentations, demos, and sales enablement collateral.
• Attend tradeshows and meetings with customers, sales teams, distributors and partners.
• Track post-launch sales metrics including pipeline and quotes.
• Partner with Marketing to develop programs.
