HR On Demand is partnering with a global manufacturer of PC hardware and cooling technology to find a Product Marketing Manager. You will own GTM strategy and messaging for premium, engineered products targeted at enthusiasts and enterprise customers, translating complex specs into compelling narratives.
The role spans product launches, cross-functional collaboration, and market insight across global markets, with travel about 15% and onsite work in the LA/City of Industry area.
HR On Demand (HROD) is a Texas-based, full-service HR partner helping global companies establish and grow their U.S. operations. We provide end-to-end HR solutions — from talent acquisition and payroll to compliance, employee relations, and organizational development. Backed by Fortune 500 HR leadership experience, we help businesses build compliant, high-performing teams and navigate the complexities of the U.S. market with confidence.
We're posting this role on behalf of our client, a globally recognized manufacturer of PC hardware and cooling technology, known for decades of engineering-driven thermal innovation — from cases and liquid/air cooling to power supplies, peripherals, and modular building platforms — and now expanding that expertise into enterprise and AI data center cooling solutions.
Role Overview
We're looking for a Product Marketing Manager to own go-to-market strategy as the brand pushes beyond the DIY PC-building community into a broader technology and enterprise cooling company.
This role sits at the intersection of deep technical product knowledge and sharp commercial storytelling. You'll translate thermal engineering, materials, and performance data into positioning and messaging that resonates with two very different buyers: the enthusiast builder who cares about airflow, aesthetics, and community credibility, and the enterprise/data center customer evaluating rack-scale cooling for AI infrastructure. You'll partner closely with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Creative to make sure every launch — component or system — lands with a clear story and a plan behind it.
The ideal candidate has experience marketing premium, highly engineered physical products — whether in consumer technology, PC hardware, industrial equipment, or another performance-driven category. Direct data center or enterprise infrastructure marketing experience is a strong plus.
