Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise is seeking a Product Manager for Power & Cooling within its HPC & AI portfolio. This hybrid role requires onsite presence about two days per week in the Massachusetts area, and you will own the lifecycle of advanced liquid cooling and power-distribution solutions.

You will drive strategy, collaborate across Engineering, Supply Chain, Marketing, and Sales, and translate market needs into clear product requirements and launches.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management in data center cooling, power systems, or HPC environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Thermal Engineering; MBA preferred.
• Demonstrated understanding of liquid cooling, heat transfer, and power distribution for HPC/AI.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end strategy and roadmap for liquid cooling and power solutions.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and operations to translate market needs into requirements.
• Develop a multi-horizon product strategy and monitor portfolio health.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to shape priorities and GTM plans.
• Represent HPE at industry events and enable sales with technical material.
