Cengage is seeking a Florida-based Product Marketing Manager to drive GTM readiness and messaging for our K12 market. You will partner with Product, Content, and Sales to create and sustain compelling messaging, demos, and one-pagers that support launches and ongoing market activity.

The role emphasizes market analysis, customer insights, and collaboration to prioritize product positioning and packaging while aligning with the broader marketing strategy.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or equivalent field.
• Minimum 3 years of product marketing, marketing, or related experience.
• Experience developing sales enablement assets such as one-pagers and knowledge transfer documents.
• Ability to translate market insights into concise messaging for buyers, users, and influencers.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and proactive problem-solving.

Responsabilidades

• Support go-to-market readiness and product launches with messaging and enablement assets.
• Lead analysis of market dynamics, customer needs, and competition to shape positioning.
• Collect and synthesize voice-of-customer and field insights for messaging.
• Influence product roadmap and packaging with market inputs.
• Develop foundational product messaging including value propositions and buyer personas.
• Partner with Sales Enablement to create demos and one-pagers.
• Maintain national product messaging across web and marketing collateral.
• Collaborate with campaign teams to ensure consistent pre-sale and post-sale experiences.
