Job summary

Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC is seeking an experienced Product Marketing Lead to drive go-to-market strategy, positioning, and adoption for a portfolio of data, analytics, and AI-powered solutions. You will partner with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing leadership to shape market narratives and support launches.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred, not required.
• 8+ years of product marketing, go-to-market, or strategic marketing experience.
• Experience marketing SaaS, technology, analytics, AI, or enterprise software solutions.
• Proven ability to collaborate across Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing teams.
• Strong storytelling and communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
• Experience developing sales enablement materials and supporting product launches.

Responsibilities

• Develop product positioning, messaging frameworks, and value propositions that differentiate complex technology solutions.
• Define target customer profiles, buying committees, and buyer personas for go-to-market.
• Lead product launches from strategy through execution with cross-functional partners.
• Create sales enablement materials including presentations, battlecards, case studies, scripts, and insights.
• Translate technical capabilities into customer-focused business value with Product Management.
• Conduct market, customer, and competitive research to inform strategy.
