Job summary

Qualifications

  • Experience in managing large operational budgets and forecasting.
  • Ability to orchestrate financial workflows between Marketing, Finance and Procurement.
  • Strong written and verbal communication with executive stakeholders.
  • Proven cross-functional collaboration across marketing, finance, and procurement teams.

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end budget tracking, forecasting, and reporting for the Applications Product Marketing org.
  • Direct the PIR lifecycle with PMMs, ensuring timely submission and approvals; track contracts and invoices.
  • Create dashboards and executive reports; optimize budgeting tools and SOPs.
  • Serve as liaison between Marketing, Finance, and Procurement to align spend with strategic priorities.
