Job summary

Salesforce in Atlanta seeks a Product Marketing Budget Associate Manager to lead day-to-day budget governance for the Applications Product Marketing team. You will bridge marketing strategy and financial execution, ensuring optimal resource allocation and accurate forecasting.

You will partner with PMMs, Finance, and Procurement to drive fiscal discipline, maintain dashboards, and standardize procurement workflows, enabling efficient cross-functional programs across the business.

Qualifications

• Experience: 2-4 years in marketing operations, financial analysis, budget management, or business operations.
• Proficiency with Excel/Sheets and forecasting.
• Familiarity with SAP, Coupa, Oracle or Anaplan and reporting tools (Tableau/PowerBI).

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end budget tracking, forecasting, and reporting for the Applications Product Marketing organization.
• Monitor real-time spend against planned targets, identify variances, risks, and re-allocation opportunities.
• Lead annual and quarterly financial planning cycles with models and decision-ready templates.
• Direct PIRs lifecycle with PMMs to ensure timely submission and routing.
• Track and unblock PIRs, vendor contracts, purchase orders, and invoices to prevent delays.
• Perform monthly reconciliations with Finance for accruals and ledger integrity.
• Build and maintain dynamic dashboards and executive reports translating financial data into insights.
• Audit and optimize budget tracking systems, tools, and workflows.
