Job summary

Starburst seeks an Associate Product Marketing Manager to translate technical product capabilities into clear customer value, bring new products to market, and connect product investments to revenue plays that drive adoption.

You will collaborate with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and GTM teams, own product launches, develop compelling messaging, and enable sellers with practical tools and materials. Travel up to 25% is expected.

Qualifications

• Approximately 3–5 years in product marketing or related roles.
• Ability to translate a technical product into customer value.
• Strong writing, synthesis and storytelling skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% for onboarding and events.
• Commercial judgment and ability to tie product to revenue.

Responsibilities

• Develop messaging and positioning grounded in customer problems and value.
• Translate data/AI infrastructure into simple stories for buyers and sellers.
• Partner with PMs early to build understanding into roadmap and launches.
• Own product launches from strategy to execution.
• Create materials to help customers evaluate Starburst.
• Develop revenue plays and enable the field to execute them.
• Provide seller enablement including playbooks and pitch materials.
• Gather intelligence through interviews and field feedback.
• Measure impact on adoption, pipeline, and revenue.
• Help establish scalable messaging, templates, and processes.
