Qualifications

• 4+ years in technical product marketing, enablement or related tech roles.
• Strong ability to translate complex platform concepts into customer-facing content.

Responsibilities

• Own strategy and content for product education, enablement, and integration guidance.
• Translate APIs, data flows and platform features into clear materials for customers and partners.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to document new features for adoption.
• Create user guides, integration guides, implementation resources and training materials.
• Develop demos and enable Sales/Client Services to communicate the platform confidently.
