Job summary

YouTube, a Google company, is seeking a Product Manager to shape safer youth experiences for a global audience. You will build roadmaps and requirements to address a changing regulatory landscape, turning safety issues into opportunities to protect and inspire the next generation.

Collaborate with Product, Engineering, UX Research, Partnerships, Marketing, and Legal to align efforts, and present strategy to senior leadership while navigating regulatory environments and government relations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 3 years of experience in product management.
  • Master’s degree in a technology or business related field.
  • 2 years of experience presenting to senior leadership.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with engineering, UX/UXR, Partnerships, Marketing, and other stakeholders.
  • Experience with government or regulatory agencies.

Responsibilities

  • Develop roadmap and requirements to respond to the ever changing global youth regulatory environment.
  • Serve as a domain expert for youth regulation across YouTube, aligning collaborators across Product, Engineering, UX Research, Partnerships, Marketing, GAPP, and Legal.

US: $138000 - $197000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits
