We're responsible for guiding products throughout the execution cycle, focusing specifically on analyzing, positioning, packaging, promoting, and tailoring our solutions to our users.
As a Product Manager within YouTube Trust and Safety, you will advocate initiatives targeting Creator and Community Abuse. You will lead efforts to define, detect and prevent scalable malicious activity driven by adversarial actors across our platform. By detecting classical adversarial behavior, you will enforce against bad actors before they can inject harmful content and cause viewer harm on the platform. Additionally, you will analyze emerging risk vectors and shape product road maps to advance our safety initiatives.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
US: $163000 - $236000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits
