Ladders is seeking a Product Manager - Workday Extend to lead a portfolio of enterprise apps built on the Workday Extend platform. You will define the product strategy and roadmap, guiding delivery teams, architects, and client stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions for enterprise customers.

In this remote US-based role, you will balance ownership, cross-functional coordination, and timely prioritization, driving impactful outcomes across HCM, Financials, Payroll, and integrations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management in enterprise SaaS or consulting.
• 3+ years working within the Workday ecosystem.
• Active Workday Pro certification in at least one domain.
• Deep understanding of the Workday Extend platform.
• Experience with Workday integrations (Studio, EIBs, Core Connectors, REST/SOAP).
• Cross-module experience in at least two areas (HCM, Financials, Payroll, Supply Chain).
• Strong stakeholder management and client-facing communication.

Responsibilities

Job description

For our client, we are seeking a Product Manager - Workday Extend to join the team of a leader in the Business Services space.

This role will shape the product strategy and roadmap for enterprise applications built on Workday Extend, with a strong focus on client delivery, technical execution, and go-to-market planning.

You will partner closely with architects, implementation teams, and client stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable solutions across multiple functional areas.

The position requires balancing product ownership, cross-functional coordination, and prioritization to drive high-impact outcomes for enterprise customers.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.

Compensation: $145,000 – $170,000 annually.
