Job summary

Infinity by Marvin is seeking a Product Manager to shape the future of our replacement window and door portfolio in Minnesota. You will be the voice of the customer, using market insights and data to drive product innovation and growth, working with Engineering, Marketing, Sales, Operations, and Customer Service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent.
• Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
• Ability to influence and collaborate across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead assigned product development and enhancement projects through the product development process.
• Gather and analyze customer, dealer, market, and competitive insights to inform strategy and roadmap.
• Represent the voice of the customer and advocate for customer needs throughout development.
• Build business cases and product recommendations using data.
• Define product positioning, features, and differentiation.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to execute launches and maintain docs.
• Act as product expert, providing training and market insights.
• Monitor product performance and recommend improvements.
• Support product lifecycle activities including enhancements and portfolio optimization.
• Travel up to 25%.
