Job summary

Marvin is seeking a Product Manager to shape the future of its window and door portfolio. You will be the voice of the customer, using market insights, feedback, and data to drive product innovation and growth.

You'll lead cross-functional teams across Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and Operations, build business cases, define positioning, and manage lifecycle activities while traveling up to 25%.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Marketing, New Product Development, or a related field.
• Experience building business cases and supporting product launch initiatives.
• Knowledge of construction, building products, or home improvement industries.

Responsibilities

• Lead assigned product development and enhancement projects through the product development process.
• Gather and analyze customer, dealer, market, and competitive insights to inform product strategy and roadmap decisions.
• Represent the voice of the customer and advocate for customer needs throughout the development process.
• Build business cases and product recommendations using customer, market, sales, and financial data.
• Define product positioning, key features, customer value propositions, and competitive differentiation.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to execute successful product launches and maintain product documentation.
• Serve as a product expert, supporting internal teams with training, guidance, and market insights.
• Monitor product performance and recommend improvements to drive growth and customer satisfaction.
• Support product lifecycle activities, including enhancements, engineering changes, and portfolio optimization.
• Travel up to 25% to gather customer and partner feedback.
