Formación

• 5+ years in product management or equivalent domain experience
• Advanced knowledge of product development lifecycle, design, and data analytics
• Proven ability to lead end-to-end lifecycle activities from discovery to value management
• Ability to translate complexity into clear requirements and defensible priorities
• Strong decision-making and communication of rationale tied to outcomes and feasibility
• Experience owning a backlog in regulated or control-focused environments
• Ability to operate at the intersection of delivery, governance, controls, and auditability
• Ability to define acceptance criteria that withstand operational scrutiny and fit operating model
• Experience working across multiple systems and teams in integration-heavy workflows
• Strong stakeholder management as single source of truth for business intent

Responsabilidades

• Develops a product strategy and vision that delivers value to customers
• Manages discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer solutions and integrate into the roadmap
• Owns, maintains, and develops a product backlog aligned to the strategic roadmap and value proposition
• Builds framework and tracks key metrics such as cost, features, risk posture, and reliability
• Makes authoritative decisions on scope, requirements, and delivery tradeoffs to maximize outcomes
• Defines workflows, controls, and audit-ready traceability in delivered solutions
• Partners with technology and governance stakeholders to align intent and delivery approach
• Drives end-to-end integration thinking across platforms, vendors, and handoffs
• Owns backlog refinement and readiness for releasable increments
• Establishes and monitors product metrics tied to quality and cycle time
• Leads continuous improvement by reviewing performance and control effectiveness
