Qualifications

• 5–10 years in Banking/Financial Services, with at least 3 years in a similar role.
• Expertise in defining, building out product strategy and roadmap with strong prioritization.
• Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle.
• Data analytics and digital skills to drive business transformation.
• Market awareness of products, systems and end-to-end processes.
• Continuous improvement using design thinking to improve efficiency, scale, and resilience.

Responsibilities

• Develops a product strategy and product vision that delivers value to customers.
• Owns, maintains, and develops a product backlog aligned with the strategic roadmap.
• Lead agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Leads the Product Testing & Release management strategy.
• Lead, mentor, and support a team of product analysts/associates.
• Facilitate collaboration within scrum teams and with other departments.
• Act as the primary point of contact for product-related queries and updates.
• Continuously improve processes to enhance productivity and product quality.
• Utilize design thinking to de-risk product investments via user feedback.
