About The Role

As part of the Site & App Team, you will connect and provide value to our mothers with educational content, utilities to navigate benefits and products, and request samples. Your work will directly contribute to business growth and be visible to leadership. You will partner with the Sr Product Manager to develop product roadmaps, assess opportunities, own implementation plans, and lead successful launches to improve KPIs. You should be passionate about creating consumer-centric digital products, strategic, analytical, collaborative, and hands-on. Your work will support our mission to nourish children by keeping our consumer and HCP sites helpful, up-to-date, and relevant for moms, expecting moms, and doctors.

Responsibilities
  • Develop product strategies for Mead Johnson Nutrition’s websites including Enfamil.com, hcp.meadjohnson.com, and new product web properties.
  • Act as Product Manager and primary contact for Mead Johnson Nutrition’s websites.
  • Lead strategy and implementation of product roadmaps and brand activations, collaborating with SEO, Brand Managers, agencies, and IT.
  • Participate in creative brainstorming, assess feasibility, and ideate solutions.
  • Create business requirements, user flows, and specifications with the UX team and Program Manager.
  • Maintain a prioritized backlog within Agile Scrum methodology using tools like JIRA and Confluence.
  • Drive A/B testing initiatives to improve conversion and engagement.
  • Ensure digital experiences meet business objectives.
  • Manage analytics, performance reporting, and KPIs.
  • Oversee website development budgets and resource prioritization.
  • Establish reporting frameworks and monitor performance.
  • Collaborate with Brand Managers to ensure digital alignment.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 5+ years in digital marketing with website product management experience; mobile apps and rewards programs are a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of web development, technologies, vendors, and third-party solutions.
  • Experience with Agile tools like JIRA and Confluence, managing product backlogs and sprint planning.
  • Ability to think creatively and technically, leveraging analytics for insights.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects.
  • Basic understanding of mobile, loyalty, and digital content best practices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Desire to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
