Job Summary:

We're seeking a passionate and experienced Senior Product Manager to join our innovative team. This role is responsible for managing the lifecycle of our web and mobile products and features , defining product vision, and delivering solutions that meet customer and market needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, aligning with customer needs and company objectives.
  • Drive discussions with stakeholders, distilling precise requirements from various inputs (customers, partners, vendors, engineering teams, etc.) into actionable and detailed technical specifications for development teams
  • Conduct market research and usability studies and analyze data to inform product decisions and shape strategy.
  • Develop measurable product plans with clear success criteria, including mechanisms and metrics to track adoption and performance.

Essential Skills, Knowledge, and Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience in product management, engineering, or a related field, with a demonstrated understanding of industry standards and best practices.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira and road mapping software
  • Proven experience in consumer-facing products, including both mobile and web platforms
  • Exposure to analytics tools like Google Analytics, Amplitude, or similar platforms.
  • Understanding of user behavior analytics and customer journey mapping.
  • Analytical mindset with a strong ability to leverage data to drive decisions and measure outcomes.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

  • Familiarity with A/B testing frameworks and experimentation tools.
  • Experience in e-Commerce application
  • Domain expertise in staffing , recruiting , Vendor Management Systems (VMS), contingent labor, talent marketplaces, etc.

This virtual role can be located anywhere in the United States of America. Candidates must be available to work Eastern Standard (EST) time zone hours as required for business needs and be able to travel up to 10%.
