Job summary

Intercontinental Exchange Holdings, Inc. seeks a Senior Manager to lead the NYSE Equities Product Development group, driving strategy and innovation across US equities and options markets.

You will shape the roadmap at the intersection of market structure, research, and cross-functional collaboration. You will develop advanced analytics and quantitative methods to analyze trading data, identify opportunities, and present strategic recommendations to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with outstanding academic achievement.
• Master’s or Ph.D. preferred.
• At least five years of work experience in electronic trading, exchange operations, or trading research.
• Expert proficiency in SQL and Python.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive parts of the group's product strategy roadmap across NYSE’s equities and options business lines, from ideation through execution.
• Design and build innovative quantitative methods to analyze trading data, model market dynamics, and surface actionable insights that inform product development.
• Identify key market structure trends and translate research findings into concrete product concepts and strategic recommendations.
• Partner with internal teams and external stakeholders to develop and refine the product roadmap.
• Regularly engage with NYSE senior management to present research findings and proposals.
