Job summary

Intercontinental Exchange, Inc. in New York is seeking a Senior Manager, Product Strategy to act as the central relationship for ETF and CEF issuers, driving sales and distribution strategy across ICE and NYSE products.

The role requires deep expertise in ETF market structure, client management, and regulatory aspects of U.S. ETF listings. Travel to industry events and clients is expected.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in the ETP business or ETP adjacent experience.
• Well-developed communication and collaboration skills are essential.
• Thorough knowledge of the rules, regulations, and launch process for new ETPs.
• The ability to organize, execute and drive complex processes across multiple clients and initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Issuer Relationship Management & Consultative Sales: primary contact for ETF issuers, develop and maintain deep client relationships.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration with ICE ETF Focused Products: connect ICE Index Services and ICE Data Services to NYSE issuers.
• Market Structure & Ecosystem Engagement: build relationships with ETF market makers and liquidity providers.
• Thought Leadership, Client Outreach & External Representation: represent NYSE ETF listings at industry events and publish thought leadership content.
