Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Textiles, Engineering or related field.
• 3–5 years of product management, product development, or technical/textile product roles.
• Tech Pack or specification experience is preferred.
• PM certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Execute segment product roadmap priorities and coordinate development with R&D, Sourcing, and Quality to ensure feasibility.
• Lead custom, non-stock, and new product development projects from intake to commercialization.
• Coordinate sampling, testing, specs, and costing approvals across departments; identify risks and delays.
• Provide technical design support through sample reviews, Tech Pack contributions, and issue troubleshooting.
• Develop deep product knowledge on materials, construction, and manufacturing for Sales and Marketing support.
• Support lifecycle and portfolio management, including SKU rationalization and performance monitoring.
• Track timelines and manage cross-functional stakeholders to keep projects on schedule.
