Job summary

Standard Textile is seeking a Product Manager for Hospitality to drive product strategy, development, and go‑to‑market readiness. You will own segment roadmaps, coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Sourcing, R&D, and Quality, and lead cross‑functional teams through commercialization.

You will develop deep product knowledge on materials, construction, specs, and Tech Packs, supporting lifecycle management and SKU rationalization while ensuring feasibility and margin targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Textiles, Engineering, or related field.
• 3–5 years in product management, product development, or technical/textile roles.
• Experience with Tech Pack or specification work.
• PMI PMP or similar certification a plus.
• Strong problem solving and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Execute segment product roadmap priorities, lead updates and lifecycle changes with R&D, Sourcing, and Quality.
• Manage custom, non-stock, and new product development requests from intake through commercialization.
• Coordinate sampling, testing, specifications, and costing approvals across departments.
• Serve as a technical design resource, including Tech Pack contributions and issue resolution.
• Develop deep technical product knowledge on materials, construction, and manufacturing for Sales, Marketing, and Customer Experience.
• Support product lifecycle and portfolio management including SKU rationalization and performance monitoring.
• Coordinate stock development and cross-functional project tracking to keep initiatives on schedule.
