Job summary

IMO Health is seeking a Product Manager for the Terminology Platform to define and execute product strategy for the Knowledge Graph and related terminology capabilities. You will translate market needs into roadmaps, requirements, and measurable outcomes while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

You will own content expansion roadmaps, work with Legal, Engineering, Data Science, and Customer Success, and guide initiatives through ambiguity and regulatory constraints.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of clinical informatics experience.
• Strong healthcare domain knowledge across coding systems and interoperability standards.
• Working knowledge of major clinical code systems (CPT, LOINC, SNOMED CT, ICD-10, RxNorm, HCPCS, CDT, DSM).
• Ability to translate complex customer, clinical, technical, or business needs into product strategy, roadmaps, requirements, and measurable outcomes.
• Experience working cross-functionally with teams such as Product, Engineering, Clinical Informatics, Mapping, Data Science, Legal, Sales, Growth, Support, or Customer Success.
• Strong analytical and prioritization skills balancing near-term execution with long-term platform strategy and business impact.
• Excellent communication skills to explain complex concepts to executive, technical, clinical, and commercial audiences.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for on-site team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Drive product strategy and roadmap execution for the Terminology Platform and related capabilities.
• Partner with Product leadership to shape platform vision and scalable knowledge management models.
• Own and prioritize content expansion roadmaps, including lab strategy and commercialization readiness.
• Translate customer and market needs into clear business cases, product requirements, and user stories.
• Improve knowledge acceleration through content creation velocity, quality measurement, and AI-assisted workflows.
• Coordinate external content and vendor strategy, licensing readiness, and ingestion planning.
• Collaborate with Legal, Clinical Informatics, Mapping, Engineering, Growth, Support, and Customer teams to resolve dependencies and move initiatives forward.
• Use data and feedback to identify terminology gaps and demonstrate impact.
• Support commercialization and go-to-market readiness with product positioning and sales enablement needs.
• Guide cross-functional teams through the product lifecycle amid ambiguity and regulatory constraints.
