Job summary

IMO Health in Chicago seeks a Product Manager, Perioperative and Procedural Solutions to own the strategy, roadmap, market positioning, and commercial success of its procedural content offerings. You will balance clinical terminology expertise with market dynamics to deliver differentiated solutions and measurable business outcomes.

The role requires healthcare domain knowledge, collaboration with surgical services leaders, IT teams, and vendors, and the ability to drive outcomes across safety,

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a healthcare provider setting or related product management experience.
• Experience with Epic, Oracle Health/Cerner, Meditech or other enterprise healthcare platforms.
• Understanding of CPT, ICD-10-PCS, HCPCS, SNOMED CT, LOINC and other clinical terminology standards in perioperative workflows.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.
• Occasional travel for on-site team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Define product strategy and outcomes-based roadmaps for IMO Health perioperative and procedural content offerings.
• Develop deep expertise across the product stack, from terminology and reference data to workflow applications and end-user experiences.
• Collaborate with channel partners and EHR vendors to improve integration within clinical workflows.
• Develop and articulate business cases for adjacent growth opportunities leveraging IMO Health's assets and AI capabilities.
• Guide cross-functional teams through the product lifecycle amidst evolving priorities and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor regulatory, reimbursement, quality reporting and interoperability requirements affecting surgical and procedural care delivery.
• Create compelling product positioning, messaging and value propositions with measurable clinical, operational, and financial outcomes.
• Establish pricing in partnership with sales, marketing, and finance counterparts.
• Partner with product marketing, sales, and customer success to drive market awareness and revenue growth.
