Job summary

Gorman-Rupp Pumps is seeking a Product Manager to own the strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle of key product lines in Mansfield, OH. The role collaborates across engineering, sales, marketing, purchasing, operations, and finance to drive growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction.

You will translate customer insights and market data into prioritised requirements, lead Stage-Gate activities, and develop compelling collateral for launches while monitoring performance and adjusting plans

Qualifications

• Four-year degree required; engineering field preferred.
• 3–5 years in a technical field of engineered capital products.
• Experience with industrial project management.

Responsibilities

• Manage product life cycle from opportunity identification through end of life.
• Develop strategy and prioritized roadmap for assigned product lines.
• Translate customer needs, market opportunities, and competitive insights into product requirements.
• Lead product management and commercial activities within the Stage-Gate process.
