Job summary

Airbnb is seeking a Product Marketing Manager for Social Features. You will lead a new pod, turning guest connections into reasons to return, owning features like the travel map, group travel tools, and social recommendations.

You'll partner with engineering, design, data science, and program management to drive end-to-end delivery, measure outcomes, and scale a social product at a global marketplace.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in product marketing or product management leading to launched features.
• Experience building social or network-driven products such as sharing, invites, feeds, or group features.
• Deep AI-native approach: prototyping, research, specs, and analysis.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with engineers and designers.

Responsibilities

• Write briefs and feature requirements grounded in guest needs and success metrics.
• Prototype with AI tools and run quick experiments with guests.
• Drive execution with engineering, design, data science and PM partners through launch and iterations.
• Define test learnings and translate results into product decisions for guests.
