Job summary

Bastion is seeking a Product Manager to own the Shared Services vertical, turning ambiguous, compliance-heavy problems into sequenced, ship-ready work. You’ll own the roadmap, requirements, compliance checkpoints, and stakeholder communication for a foundational set of capabilities across the platform.

The role sits where product, engineering, and compliance intersect, focusing on identity checks, third-party risk, regulatory reporting, and policy governance for stablecoin infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Map the Shared Services surface area and dependencies.
• Meet Engineering, Compliance, and GTM partners and learn gates.
• Own requirements for a compliant workstream and make engineer-ready specs.
• Establish a lightweight triage cadence to prevent piling up of requirements.
• Ship or unblock progress on at least one customer-gating milestone.
• Own end-to-end Shared Services roadmap with sequencing and checkpoints.
