Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in quantitative field or related; or bachelor's with 3+ years PM experience.
• MBA or MS in Information Systems/Data Science preferred.
• 7+ years of process, project, or program management.
• 2+ years of operations or servicing experience.
• PMP, Lean, Agile, or Six Sigma certification.

Responsibilities

• Execution Support: drive phases of the integration lifecycle and document requirements.
• Operational Validation: ensure new processes and system integrations function before/during cutover.
• Documentation & Governance: maintain RAID logs, process maps, and control frameworks.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: work with Product, Technology, Risk, Legal and Compliance.
• Communication & Reporting: maintain trackers and highlight vendor performance for leadership.
• Issue Resolution: triage integration issues and escalate blockers to senior leadership.
