Job summary

Capital One is seeking a Manager to join the Servicer Integration team within the Personal Loans business in Richmond, VA. You will help migrate servicing from legacy DFS/Finacle to a third-party platform, collaborating with engineering, analysts, and vendor counterparts to ensure accurate integrations and smooth cutovers.

You will drive operational results, document processes, manage RAID logs, and report on progress.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in a quantitative field or related field
• Bachelor's degree + 3 years of Product Management experience

Responsibilities

• Execution Support: drive phases of the integration lifecycle, document business rules and requirements
• Operational Validation: verify new processes and system integrations before/during cutover
• Documentation & Governance: maintain RAID logs, process maps, control frameworks
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: partner with Product, Technology, Risk, Legal and Compliance
• Communication & Reporting: maintain status trackers and reporting materials for leadership
• Issue Resolution: triage integration issues and escalate blockers as needed

Education
