Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a quantitative field or Bachelor's in any field with 3+ years of Product Management experience.
• PMP, Lean, Agile, or Six Sigma certification preferred.
• 7+ years of experience in process, project, or program management preferred.
• 2+ years of operations or servicing-specific experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive integration lifecycle phases, document business rules and requirements.
• Perform operational validation and ensure processes and integrations function before/during cutover windows.
• Maintain RAID logs, process maps, and control frameworks for audit readiness.
• Collaborate with Product, Technology, Risk, Legal, and Compliance to execute integration tasks.
