Job summary

Capital One is seeking a Manager, Product Management - Servicer Integration in Riverwoods, IL to lead end-to-end integration efforts across product, technology, risk, and compliance teams. You will drive the migration of servicing from legacy DFS/Finacle to a third‑party platform and manage governance, documentation, and metrics.

You will guide a team, ensure operational readiness, and deliver against aggressive milestones while enhancing cross-functional processes and team velocity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in a quantitative field or related field, or alternative with 3+ years PM experience.
• PM experience in product management with cross-functional collaboration.
• Preferred: MBA or MS in Information Systems/Data Science; 7+ years PM/PMO; 2+ years servicing; regulatory framework experience; PMP/Lean/Agile/Six Sigma certifications.

Responsibilities

• Execution Support: drive phases of the integration lifecycle, document business rules and requirements.
• Operational Validation: verify new processes and system integrations before and during cutover windows.
• Documentation & Governance: maintain RAID, process maps, and control frameworks for audit-readiness.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: partner with Product, Technology, Risk, Legal, and Compliance teams.
• Communication & Reporting: maintain status trackers and reporting materials; highlight vendor metrics.
• Issue Resolution: triage integration issues and escalate blockers to senior leadership.
