• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Product Management, or a related field.

• Strong grasp of front-end and back-end development principles and best practices.
• Proven track record managing shared component libraries or platform solutions.

This role will own the vision and roadmap for cross-product platform services that improve efficiency, support compliance, and enable scalable delivery across the organization. You will partner closely with internal development, business, and compliance stakeholders to define reusable solutions, translate needs into clear product requirements, and guide execution from concept through launch. The position also requires a strong technical mindset, with an emphasis on AI-enabled workflows, shared platform components, and measurable impact across the product ecosystem.

Compensation: $120,000 – $145,000 annually
