Job description

For our client, we are seeking a Sr. Director Product Management - Leader Enablement & Coaching to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space.

This role will shape the strategy for leadership development products that help organizations strengthen manager effectiveness and drive better talent outcomes. You will guide a product portfolio that blends AI and SaaS capabilities with deep domain expertise in talent optimization and human capital management. The position partners closely with cross-functional teams and customers to define business needs, prioritize investment, and bring impactful solutions to market.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $243,600 - $365,400 annually

Responsibilities

• Foster the growth of an inclusive, high-performing team
• Influence and drive the vision for leadership enablement products
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to deliver solutions
• Engage customers to determine business requirements and objectives
• Promote products internally and externally across the broader ecosystem

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of corporate talent optimization or HCM
• Experience building AI and SaaS solutions
• Strong understanding of talent development and leadership principles
• Demonstrated commercial responsibility managing product P&L
• Ability to think strategically while being hands-on
• Strong decision-making skills in complex product matters
• Ability to manage ambiguity in product development
