Job summary

Habitat Health looks for a Product Manager to own strategy, roadmap, and delivery across clinical and business apps (EHR, CRM, Call Platform, etc.). You’ll run discovery with clinical and operational stakeholders, define clear requirements, prioritize the backlog, and partner with Epic, Salesforce, and TalkDesk to deliver outcomes.

You’ll work with Platform, Clinical, Operations, Growth, and Finance leaders to shape the roadmap, defend trade-offs with data, and drive adoption after release.

Qualifications

• 3+ years as a Product Manager or Product Owner in healthcare or regulated environments.
• Ability to run discovery, write clear requirements/user stories, and prioritize backlog.
• Use success metrics and data to defend prioritization decisions.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the product roadmap across clinical and business apps.
• Lead product discovery with stakeholders to surface real workflow pain points.
• Write PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria; coordinate with Epic/OCHIN, Salesforce, TalkDesk.
• Maintain the product backlog end to end, balancing new capabilities and tech debt.
• Define success metrics and KPIs for each initiative and track adoption post-launch.
• Align product direction with business strategy with leadership.
• Drive adoption of rollouts through training demos and change management.
• Coordinate with multiple vendors and escalate to leadership when needed.
• Facilitate stakeholder and steering meetings and represent product to senior leadership.
• Operate with ownership and independent judgment to resolve issues.
