Job summary

Wyo-Ben, Inc, a Billings-based manufacturer of bentonite clay products, is seeking a Product Manager who turns market insight into a disciplined 5-year roadmap and drives new product introductions from concept through commercialization. You will partner with R&D, Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain and Commercial teams to ensure designs are accurate, scalable, and launched with margin in mind.

The ideal candidate has 7–10+ years in tangible goods within industrial markets and a proven

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience in physical product management and manufacturing environments will be considered.
Experience managing a live product portfolio across multiple lifecycle stages.
Direct experience working in or adjacent to HDD, Water Well, Mining, or similar industrial markets preferred.
Proven ability building business cases including market sizing, pricing, margin, and investment tradeoffs.

Responsibilities

Translate market insight into a disciplined 5-year roadmap and drive revenue/margin growth.
Lead new product introductions from concept through commercialization.
Collaborate with R&D, Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain and Commercial teams to ensure products are designed, launched, and scaled successfully.
Turn ideas into shipped products through hands-on execution and strong business judgement.
