ODL, Inc is seeking an Associate Product Manager to help envision, create, and manage physical consumer building products. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to drive product life cycle from concept to launch in a collaborative environment.

Ideal candidates have 0-2 years of related experience, a Bachelor's degree preferred, strong analytical and communication skills, and familiarity with Excel, ERP, and CRM systems.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree preferred, or applicable experience in product management or related fields.
• 0-2 years of experience; internship experience related to product management or product development preferred.
• Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making.
• Detail-oriented with strong documentation and timelines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proficiency in Excel, ERP, and CRM systems.
• Strong problem-solving and proactive mindset.
• Understanding of financial principles in product decisions.
• Knowledge of fenestration/building industry is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Execute on product initiatives across all stages of the product life cycle.
• Support demand and sales forecast alignment for assigned products.
• Collaborate with Engineering Service to facilitate NIR and CCO implementation.
• Assist in upkeep of Product Information Management (PIM).
• Analyze data to identify margin-improvement opportunities.
• Support pricing recommendations for product-specific projects.
• Monthly reporting on product categories across organization.
• Support market and competitive research for assigned categories.
• Participate in VOC and VOB activities to inform product decisions.
• Support and execute new product launches with the product management team.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance, Supply Chain).
