We are seeking a driven Product Manager to lead the development and optimization of features that enhance user and stakeholder experiences. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to define the product roadmap, translate customer needs into solutions, and ensure the platform evolves to meet market demands.

Location: Scottsdale, AZ
Type: Hybrid (20% remote)

Responsibilities

• Define and communicate a clear product vision aligned with company goals and user needs.
• Use data, research, and market insights to identify opportunities and prioritize initiatives.
• Develop and maintain a product roadmap, communicating progress to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts, Engineering, QA, Design, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Support teams to deliver high-quality features.
• Define requirements through user stories, manage product development from ideation to release, and monitor post-launch performance.
• Act as the voice of the customer, building relationships and gathering insights to inform product decisions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product management within a B2B SaaS or tech environment.
• Bachelor’s degree; MBA or similar is a plus.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and tools like Jira, Confluence, Figma.
• Proven success in delivering digital products or features.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience in logistics, workforce solutions, or related industries.
• Knowledge of workforce travel or accommodation challenges.
• Experience with distributed teams.
