Job summary

Molex is seeking a Product Manager for Interconnect - Input/Output (I/O) to guide rugged, high-reliability connector systems for Aerospace & Defense. You’ll own strategy, lifecycle, and cross-functional execution with engineering, sales, marketing, and operations to capture customer requirements and grow the portfolio.

Qualifications

• Requires PM experience in electronics or interconnect products.
• Technical understanding of interconnects and cable assemblies.
• Ability to analyze market data and translate into product requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute product strategies and roadmaps for high-reliability I/O connector systems and cable assemblies.
• Gather and translate Voice of Customer (VoC), market intelligence, and competitive insights into product requirements and opportunities.
• Lead cross-functional product development projects from concept through launch with engineering, operations, sales, and marketing.
• Manage product lines through lifecycle: enhancements, pricing, cost management, and end-of-life decisions.
• Develop business cases, forecasts, and market assessments to support portfolio growth.
• Engage with customers to understand application requirements and validate product concepts.
• Monitor product performance, profitability, and market trends; recommend actions to improve results.
• Maintain awareness of technologies, standards, and Aerospace & Defense market requirements for customer presentations and roadmap development.
