Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of product management experience in electronics manufacturing or related industry.
• Strong technical understanding of I/O connectors, cable assemblies, or electronics in rugged applications.
• Proven experience with full lifecycle product development in high-reliability sectors (e.g., Aerospace, Defense).
• Excellent communication, project management, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute product strategies and roadmaps for high-reliability connector systems and assemblies.
• Champion voice of the customer (VoC) to align with needs and trends.
• Lead cross-functional development from concept to launch with engineering, sales, marketing, and manufacturing.
• Manage product lifecycle from ideation through obsolescence, ensuring profitability and performance.
• Drive pricing strategies, cost targets, and revenue forecasts.
• Cultivate relationships with key customers to validate innovation and drive loyalty.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and quality standards for Aerospace & Defense.
• Provide mentorship and thought leadership across teams.
