Job summary

Koch, through Molex, seeks an experienced Product Manager for Interconnect – Input/Output to drive strategy and lifecycle management of rugged connector systems and cable assemblies for Aerospace & Defense uses.

You will collaborate with engineering, sales, marketing, and operations to identify opportunities, capture customer requirements, and deliver products driving growth and satisfaction. Travel up to 20–30% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• 3+ years in product management, product marketing, business development in electronics.
• Technical understanding of interconnect products, cable assemblies, connectors.
• Experience supporting product development, market analysis, customer engagement.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute product strategies and roadmaps for high‑reliability I/O connectors and cable assemblies.
• Translate VoC, market intelligence, and competitive insights into requirements and growth opportunities.
• Lead cross‑functional product development projects from concept to launch with engineering, operations, sales, and marketing.
• Manage product lines through lifecycle, including enhancements, pricing, cost management, and end‑of‑life decisions.
• Develop business cases, forecasts, and market assessments to support portfolio growth and investments.
• Engage with customers to understand requirements, validate concepts, and pursue opportunities.
• Monitor product performance, profitability, and market trends; recommend actions to improve results.
• Maintain knowledge of technologies, standards, and Aerospace & Defense market needs; support presentations and roadmap development.
