Job summary

Westlake Royal Building Products is seeking a Product Manager to lead the Roofing Solutions portfolio, driving strategy, lifecycle management, and market success. You will collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, Engineering and Operations to maximize revenue and profitability.

The role requires strong cross-functional leadership, prioritization, and a demonstrated ability to launch products that meet customer and market needs. Based at a rooftop tile site with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or related fields.
• Minimum of 5 years of marketing, sales, or related experience.
• Experience with Stage/Gate process is a plus.
• Proven track record in fast-paced environments.
• Building materials experience is desired but not required.
• Strong communication and cross-functional leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Set product and marketing strategy for Roofing brands.
• Own full P&L for managed product lines.
• Lead product planning and lifecycle management.
• Coordinate with sales, marketing, supply chain, and engineering.
• Ensure annual sales and profit targets are met or exceeded.
• Lead pricing strategy and pre-launch activities.
